Job responsibilities
1 assist, chairman of strategic planning, annual business plan objectives and the stage of decomposition, sum up the various stages of the drafting of the company and other official documents;

Qualifications
1,34-50 years full-time undergraduate education, received a better MBA or EMBA-related training;
2, there are more than 10 years working background in the manufacturing sector, which more than 5 years, Chairman (President) Assistant experience, including more than three years, chairman of medium-sized enterprises (President) Assistant work experience of a listed company the same job experience is preferred;
3, a more comprehensive knowledge structure, with a wealth of management experience, familiar with the operation of your manufacturing situation, with public relations, media, financial, and legal aspects of the more knowledge can quickly master a variety of business related knowledge;
4, there is a strong organization, coordination, communication, leadership and interpersonal skills and insight, has a strong ability to judge and decision-making, planning and implementation capacity;
5, clear, serious and responsible, cheerful, sincere man, good character, strong sense of responsibility, dedication and good team spirit;
6, with strong writing skills and excellent spoken and written language skills, good writing programs or documents; in English listening, speaking, reading and writing fluently, with daily foreign exchange for better communication and friendship;
