Responsibilities:
1 to assist the general manager of the implementation of Board resolutions, reports and timely feedback on implementation;
2, responsible for the Group's production, research and development, human resources, sales, quality, purchasing and other departments to work co-ordination, inspection, supervision, coordination and guidance;
3, responsible for organizing the company's quality management system planning, operation, maintenance, monitoring, implementation of the implementation of continuous improvement work;
4, the organization of the sector plans to develop the company's annual report to General Manager for review;
5, responsible for direct reports, assessment, evaluation, training and guidance;
6, directly subordinate staff recruitment, appointment, dismissal, pay grade right to make recommendations; indirect subordinate staff recruitment, appointment, dismissal, salary levels of approval authority;
7, with the other temporary general manager to complete major work items;
8, signed by authorized managing the daily administrative, transaction documents.
Recruitment requirements:
1,38-50 years full-time undergraduate degree or above;
2,8 years of well-known large-scale manufacturing vice president of business management experience in Fortune 500 companies work background preferred;
3, the familiar mode of operation and group work processes, with the establishment of quality systems experience, familiar with the process manufacturing operations;
4, the management team has strong leadership skills and ability;
5, have good organizational skills, communication skills, analytical skills and overall ability to control;
6, with good leadership qualities, able to work independently;
7, fluent English speaking and writing.
